While there are no guarantees in life there are opportunities that present themselves to us that may prove to be enjoyable and bring in a tidy profit as well.
Let "Nights" be that opportunity for you.

There are 3 levels of investment, all of which keep you informed and let you be part of the movie making process.

Level One Investor

  • As a level one investor, you will invest $2,000 for each share (1%) of the movie "Nights".
  • Dead Man's Fedora is offering up to 40 shares (40%) of the profits from "Nights" to its level one investors.

Return on Investment

Level one investors are the first to be paid.

  • You will receive an equal share of 100% of the profits until your investment has been repaid in full.
  • You will then receive your 1% shares as "Nights" continues to earn money in sales & rentals.

Earning Potential

  • Movies similar to "Nights" generally earn between $80,000 - $150,000 in limited release through small to mid range distributors.
  • It could earn over three times that if picked up by larger distribution companies.
  • There are no guarantees that a movie will make any given amount of money, but vampire films and the horror/action genre have typically been big audience draws.
  • There is good reason to believe that "Nights" will be a very successful investment.

Investment Bonus

  • Dead Man's Fedora is offering an additional bonus to all Level One Investors.
  • Besides the one percent share in "Nights", you will also receive a .5% share of the profits from the following 2 features that Dead Man's Fedora produces.
  • One of the movies will be a sequel to "Nights", the other a similar dark action tale with homages to "The Crow".

Summary

  • For a small $2,000 investment, you will earn money from three different movies.
  • Movies are an ongoing investment.
  • The first few years after the release see the greatest returns in money, but royalties will continue to flow for many years afterward.

Limited Liability

  • As a level one investor, you will enter into a limited liability contract with Dead Man's Fedora.
  • Your only connection to the movie is through your investment and you cannot be sued or held liable for any more money than what you agree to invest when you sign your contract.
